What is your minimum project budget?
Our projects typically start from ₹25 lakhs for boutique spaces and go upwards of ₹5 crores for large corporate campuses. We provide a detailed quote after an initial site consultation at no cost to you.
How long does a typical office project take?
Timelines depend on the scale. A 2,000–5,000 sq.ft office typically takes 6–10 weeks from design approval to handover. Larger projects of 10,000+ sq.ft are typically completed in 16–24 weeks. We commit to a deadline and hold to it.
Do you provide 3D visualization before work begins?
Absolutely. Every project includes photorealistic 3D walkthroughs of your space before any construction begins. We won't start on-site until you are completely satisfied with the design.
Is your pricing transparent?
Yes, completely. We provide a detailed line-item quote covering every element — materials, labour, furniture, and our professional fees. There are no hidden charges. What you see in the quote is what you pay.
